Rio Grande Churrascaria: Authentic Brazilian Steakhouse in Southwest Ranches, FL

My wife and I experienced a great evening at Rio Grande, the service was fabulous. They were consistent bring you different types of cuts. This restaurant is great place for a celebration or date night with your significant other.

Just opened in Southwest Ranches/Pembroke Pines and already feels like a favorite place! It’s a true family business, the owner stopped by to make sure we were happy, and I found out the desserts are made by his mother-in-law (and yes, she clearly knows what she’s doing!). The servers were super nice and kept the food coming like we hadn’t eaten in days. We went for brunch, which came with a mimosa, always a win!!! And we even ordered a well-done churrasco for the kids that came out perfect. The salad bar is $19.99 and loaded with soups, rice, beans, and more. Highly recommended if you like great food and family vibes! Ohhh and they give you cheese bread with guava sauce, and plátano en tentación!!!

First time coming here today for lunch. Ana greeted with me a warm smile. She was amazing, personable, attentive, friendly, efficient, observant and checked up on me multiples times during my visit. She saw my mashed potatoes running low and brought me a new one before I could even ask her. The Brazilian cheese bread with caramel was divine along with plantains. Great location, atmosphere and friendly staff. Make this spot your go to Brazilian steakhouse. It is worth every penny for the incredible food, quality and experience. Taking my brother here next time he comes to visit me.

Fantastic Churrascaria Experience! What a delightful dining experience in Southwest Ranches! The atmosphere is stunning, featuring beautiful decor and good music that wasn't overly loud. The restaurant wasn't overly crowded, which was a plus. The food was superb—the meat was delicious and served quickly, and there was enough variety for the sides. Our waitress, Ana, was absolutely wonderful; she was very attentive and pleasant throughout our meal. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing dinner at this churrascaria! The meats were perfectly seasoned and cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. The staff was very kind, friendly and attentive, the atmosphere felt warm and elegant. Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our visit here — the meat and the octopus were delicious. The service was great as well. Talia was very sweet, and Pedro, who brought us the meat along with the other staff, was extremely friendly. The restaurant manager was also very kind, although I didn’t learn his name. The only thing is that my cocktail was a bit too strong for me, so I couldn’t finish it — but I guess that’s just a matter of personal taste. I’ll try a different one next time.

The ambiance, food, and service were all amazing! Our waitress, Sheila, was so friendly and attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. The rest of the staff were just as kind and welcoming, which really made the experience special. The food was absolutely delicious, and the sangria was perfect. Honestly, one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend this place!
